Jetpack stats logs information (IP address, WordPress.com ID, WordPress.com username, etc.) is retained by Automattic for 28 days.

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us, if such data exists and we can access it. If so, then you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Google Analytics by MonsterInsights and Jetpack by Automattic collect basic information for statistical and website performance monitoring purposes.
Information in Google Analytics is shared with Google to improve the product, enable features, get technical support, and work with marketing specialists.
